The article investigates the memory effects on the form of the spin dynamic susceptibility of a conduction electron interacting with the phonon field and its fluctuations in non-magnetic centrosymmetric isotropic covalent crystals taking into account the spin-orbit coupling. Expressions are obtained for longitudinal and transverse relaxation times of the spin angular momentum in the most general non-Markov case. An analysis is carried out of the memory effect on the spin subsystem dispersion and absorption line. The effect of changing the precession frequency of the spin angular momentum caused by phonon field fluctuations is considered. |
