| The article considers recording and reconstruction of digital holograms obtained with the help of a laser scanning confocal microscope. An application of the radio optical method for an analytical description of propagation of reference and object beams through the system has led to the necessity to develop of a special software package for reconstruction and distortion compensation of such holograms. |
