We present the temperature dependences of the heat capacities of carbosilane dendrimers of the third G?3(3EtOx)32 and sixth G?6(3EtOx)256 generations over a wide temperature range obtained by precision adiabatic vacuum calorimetry and differential scanning calorimetry. The phase transitions are revealed and their standard thermodynamic properties are determined and discussed within the studied temperature range. The low-temperature ( T ? 50 K) heat capacity is analyzed on the basis of the multifractal model and conclusions are made on the topological structure types of the oo oocompounds.
