202-209 | Oxycoccus macrocarpus, American cranberry, in vitro, phenolics (phenols), catechins, ascorbate |
Morphology and phenolic accumulation ability of American cranberry sterile plants are studied as dependent on medium composition. The highest amount of phenolics is observed in plants culturing on Anderson’s medium with sucrose, catechins-WPM with sucrose, ascorbate-Anderson’s medium with fructose. Plants culturing on hormonal media accumulate phenolics nearly two-fold less than on hormoneless media. |
