A circular plate is resting on a variable elastic foundation whose module varies according to a power law in the radial direction. Eigenvalues are defined by the Kirchhoff’s theory using analytical methods. The basic equation, written in complex variables, is solved by the method of successive approximations. Calculations have been carried out for the foundation module varying according to the linear or quadratic law. The results obtained correspond to the physical formulation of the problem. |
