A probabilistic model for the system of a cyclic control of independent conflicting flows and a service awaiting in-homogeneous calls in the form of a three-dimensional Markov chain is constructed on the basis of the Lyapunov-Yablonsky cybernetic approach. The chain states are classified. An existence criterion for the stationary mode is derived. The results are interpreted for the problem of controlling low-intensity traffic flows at the crossroads. |
