| The general mathematical model of economic growth with consideration for human capital accumulation through learning-by-doing is considered including K. Arrow’s classical model. We present the necessary conditions of optimality in the general problem of the optimal development of the economy (the social planner problem and competitive equilibrium economic development). The conditions for the existence and some qualitative properties of the balanced growth paths are studied. |
