In this article the forms of speech behaviour of the characters are analyzed in the process of the communication in the pragmatical aspect. The main problem of the research is a hidden axiological conflict. Different ideas about work, art, talent and about the social importance of the individual face in this conflict. The situations of language communication, verbal techniques of one person on another are discussed in this article. Also the concrete actions of the participants of the com-munication which have a special pragmatic aim are described in this article too. Speech-behavioral tactics and methods of manipulation are revealed, the mechanism of their formation and the semantic possibilities of their future realization in the dialogue are described in this article.
