The article analyzes Soviet publications of the interwar period dealing with Finland, in particular, with the activities of the Finnish extreme right-wing forces. In 1920s -1930s, Finland received considerable attention not only of the USSR leadership, but also of Soviet journalists. During this period, there were numerous publications that discussed in detail primarily Finland's domestic policy issues. Soviet publicists also paid their attention to the sharp rise of Finnish right-wing radicals. The author of this article examines how the activities of the Finnish extreme right forces were covered by Soviet writers.
