| We investigate the nature of the processes of decentralization of state power in the Russian Federation through the prism of its constitutional entrenchment. Particular attention is paid to the study of the significance of theoretical and practical issues in the development of decentralization in modern conditions. Concepts, principles and types of existing models of decentralization in Russia and CIS countries are formulated. |
