| It follows from the analysis of the current criminal procedure legislation that the existing system of criminal procedure stages has some drawbacks, as it does not fully reflect the essence, goals and objectives of this procedure. It is proposed to supplement the system with a stage of preliminary consideration of the crime report and a final stage of clearing a criminal record and cancellation of conviction. |
