| This paper examines the application of interim relief measures in administrative lawsuits in administrative proceedings. We analyze the meaning and the legal content of the «area of administrative and other public legal relations». To ensure the proper functioning and protection of this area of relations, the court applies interim relief measures when considering and resolving administrative cases. |
