| The article deals with the problem of ensuring the rights and liberties of an individual that have been violated in the course of search and investigation activities. It is argued that the procedure for appealing against the actions of the bodies exercising search and investigation activities needs to be improved. The role of the prosecutor in the restoration of violated human rights is identified. |
