| In modern history, the most important threats to the national security structure are the consolidation of terrorism and corruption and the growing engagement of young people with higher education and scientific degrees in extremist activities. In order to foster anti-terrorist and anti-corruption awareness and to develop immunity to attempts aiming to engage young people in criminal activity we need a consistent and sustainable educational process in Russian universities, including such courses as «Combating corruption in the Russian Federation» and «Fundamentals of the prevention of terrorism». |
