| The reaction of Russian juridicial and sociopolitical press (Russkaya Mysl’, Russkoe Delo, Russkoe Obozrenie, Vestnik Yevropy, Yuridicheskaya Letopis’, Yuridicheskiy Vestnik, Pravo, Zhurnal grazhdanskogo i ugolovnogo prava, Severnyy Vestnik) on the establishment of the institute of land captains is investigated.
