The aim of the research is to develop and validate the concept of openness of regulatory and supervisory bodies of executive power, which would facilitate a more effective interaction with civil society, increase the transparency of the activities of these bodies and their officials and prevent corruption in the public administration. In this study, we used a set of general scientific methods and specific methods of legal science. The implementation of the proposed integrated approach in the activities of state executive bodies and in legal regulation will bring the interaction of public administration bodies and society to a new stage of development.
