The paper examines the occurrence of the category of the author’s death in the poetry of the contemporary author Vladimir Strochkov on the material of his four books of poems: «Verbs of Imperfect Times. Selected Poems of 1981- 1992», «Adverbs and Circumstances. 1993-2004», «Bucolics plus», «Pushkin plows» and also on the afterword by V. Strochkov to the first book of his poems «Verbs of Imperfect Times. Selected Poems of 1981-1992» and «The Au-thor's Nonbiography» written by himself. The aim of the analysis is to identify the relationship between the two positions: the poetic, unprofessional one (by V. Strochkov) and the philological, philosophical and professional (by R. Bart) in the context of interpretation of the concept «the author’s death». |
