| We consider the legal regime for the stay of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation. The author presents the grounds of the fact that the legal regime applies not only to the land territory of the Russian Federa- tion, but also to the maritime territory and airspace of the Russian Federation. The main elements of the regime are discussed. |
