As the analysis result the similarity of the texts in question was revealed. Such oppositions are present in all of them: East - West, Slavic people - non-Slavic people, Slavic people - German people. It may be concluded on the basis of the analysis: Slovenian people situation in Austria-Hungary determined the reception of Russia in the Slovenian travelogues. In the texts in question different national codes are confused, they are heterogeneous both on the “own” level and on the “other” one.
