This study analyzes the mythological images and personalities associated with antiquity, in the poetry of Eva Liaru-Argiri. The aim of the work - try to identify antique Greek national code if it is present in her works. Among the techniques used should be called comparative-historical method, system approach, as well as methods of stylistic analysis of language. During the analysis of the collection of poems entitled «Metamorphoses», or «Transformations» we were able to identify and analyze the many ancient reminiscences, which fill her creativity. Covered such topics as theme of art and poetry, which is, in our view, the central as well as theme of the transience of time, the subject of historical memory, in addition, affected by the problem of language and speech, and of course, the love theme. Many of the poems are devoted entirely to the specific ancient myths. On the basis of the study we were able to identify that creativity of Eva Liaru-Argiri, filled of drama and theatricality, wonderfully preserved Greek national code.
