| In this article, the need for changes in the criminal policy on combating corruption in business and other economic activities is justified. This policy should be more assertive and decisive. The authors suggest that the potential for search and investigation activities should be used more intensively to encourage prosecution of elite members involved in corruption. It is proposed to revise the criteria for the lawful use of sting operations to expose corruption. |
