| In this article, we justify the need of taking into account the tendency of private law socialization for improving Russian civil legislation. The extent and peculiarities of the influence of socialization of the law on legal entities and proprietary rights are revealed. The article contains some recommendations for improving civil legislation, which will have a positive effect on the welfare of Russian citizens. |
