| We analyze the investigation of non-obvious and unsolved crimes and discuss the forms and procedure for interaction between the investigative and operational bodies in dealing with this category of criminal cases. We also examine foreign criminal procedure law concerning the fight against crime, which contains a number of original provisions that are unknown in Russian criminal procedure or have been adopted either only in fragments or in a different form. |
