This article presents the results of our research, which allowed us to identify and describe the following typical investigative situations in this category of cases: data is available about the creation of a criminal community (criminal organization), but the organizer is not established; the organizer and leaders of the criminal community (criminal organization) are known, but the circumstances of the creation of a criminal community (criminal organization) have not been fully established; participants of the criminal community (criminal organization) have been arrested; the organizer and the leaders of the criminal community (criminal organization) have been arrested; the corrupt officials who impede the investigation are members of the criminal community; the corrupt officials who impede the investigation are interested for various reasons in the outcome of the criminal case, but do not make part of a criminal community; psychological pressure is exerted; physical pressure is exerted.
