| In this article, we consider mediation as a new institution for the Russian Federation. The concept of mediation and mediation in criminal cases is revealed, the types of mediation are considered. The author's definition of «procedural freedom» is presented along with its attributes. The article shows how «procedural freedom» is manifested in mediation and considers the prospects of its use in criminal proceedings in Russia. |
