In this article, we propose a new approach to mediation procedures and to the teaching of mediation from the standpoint of active use of analytics and systematization of risks. With this approach, the content of mediation procedures changes from legal to organizational. Organizational and administrative risks become important indicators of organizational activity conflicts. |
