The article examines the formation of a company’s corporate culture through the use of corporate media with the account of its employees' ethnicity. The purpose of the research is to analyze possibilities of ethnic and cultural interaction of the ethnic groups of the Volga region on the pages of the corporate newspaper «Volzhskaya Magistral». In our research, we used the methods of content analysis, comparison, systematization. Based on the results of the research, we can draw a conclusion that the corporate newspaper «Volzhskaya Magistral» offers possibilities for ethnocultural interaction of the Volga region ethnic groups. The newspaper contains articles about the culture of all ethnic groups living on the territory where it is distributed. However, no more than 10% of such articles are devoted to mutual influence of the cultures. Russians as the most numerous nation are in the center of most publications. The newspaper also covers the interaction of Russians with representatives of other countries.
