The article presents the results of magnetic exploration work performed to study subterranean sepultures of some ancient necropolises in the Crimea. It includes the plans of the sectors that were explored using magnetic methods and the magnetic maps for the areas where the graves could be detected with the greatest probability. These results of magnetic exploration are compared with the results of the archaeological excavations. Some conclusions are offered about the nature of the anomalies that may be associated with burials. Excavations have revealed some unique burials that contained burial implements and gold jewelry.
