| We consider some topical problems of qualification and investigation of the cases of repeated driving of an automobile, a tram, or some other mechanical vehicle by a person in a state of intoxication (Art. 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Some approaches to solving these problems are proposed. We note the importance of administrative prejudice in the criminal legislation that is required to improve the fight against the offenses in question. |
