Civil turnover is based on transactions, therefore the legislator's main task is to provide an effective mechanism for ensuring that the subjects of civil relations act in good faith. To agree the terms of their future contract, the parties may sign a preliminary agreement or a letter (protocol , agreement) of intent. However, there is a fundamental difference between these forms of agreements that may affect the ability to protect the parties' interests in court. |
