| In this article, we consider some problematic issues faced by officers of inquiry departments of the Russian Interior Ministry in the investigation of criminal cases using an abbreviated inquiry procedure. An analysis is presented of the practice of applying federal legislation on the introduction of this new inquiry institution in a number of Russian regions. |
