| We consider all the existing approaches to the theoretical concept of the redundancy of administrative regulation. An analysis is given of international law in the field of the redundancy of administrative regulation. A detailed study is presented of the requirements and principles of administrative regulation in Russia and abroad. The authors propose a set of measures to avoid redundancy in administrative regulation and the ways to solving this problem with the account of various scientific points of view regarding these concepts. |
