The article describes various aspects of the activities of state and private court bailiffs. We also discuss the responsibility of state and private court bailiffs for failure to execute court decisions and court orders issued on the basis of court decisions, rulings and judgments on civil and administrative cases, verdicts and judgments in criminal cases regarding property claims, as well as decisions of other bodies in accordance with Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Research areas and approaches to combat these types of crimes are examined, and a classification is given of the subjects of crimes in this area. Statistical information about the activities of court bailiffs in the Republic of Kazakhstan is presented.
