| The paper provides a critical evaluation of the definition of an administrative offense under part 3 of Article 5.26 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences as proposed by the legislator and gives some proposals regarding the clarification of the object and subject of the offense in question. The authors prove the need to establish administrative responsibility for the violation of the established procedure for the dissemination of information about religion in the course of missionary work with the use of the Internet resources and propose a new version of the article to be included in the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences. |
