| The essence and content of the reform processes and modernization of the police institution in the United States and the Russian Federation are considered. We reveal the social causes of these processes, their general and particular features. Some key problems in the organization and legal support for the system of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs are analyzed and possible ways for their solution are proposed. |
