| This article presents an analysis of the draft federal law «On Amendments to the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences». The analytical review comprises the overall characterization of the content of the bill, its relevance and specific features of the implementation of the proposed innovations. Both the positive and negative assessments of the bill made by different interested parties are examined. Some recommendations for improving the draft federal law are proposed. |
